“Minnesota has introduced Community First Services and Supports (CFSS) as a replacement for Personal Care Assistance (PCA) and the Consumer Support Grant (CSG). Through CFSS, qualified residents can continue receiving the same supports offered under PCA and CSG, with added flexibility and choice in how their care is managed. Global Health Link is currently taking referrals for CFSS Consultation Services to guide individuals through this change, provide education, create Service Delivery Plans, and ensure a smooth transition into the program.”
